(We will make every effort to catch the shipment before it goes out but we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to change the address.) We can only ship to the address that is provided to us by you when you place your order. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. We are NOT liable for items shipped to addresses you provide to us that may turn out to be incorrect or an outdated address. We will NOT issue a refund until the item is returned to us and we will process a refund less our original shipping costs. If the item is NOT returned to us, we will NOT issue a refund to you as we, in due diligence and in good faith, sent your package to the address you provided with your order. Additionally, if you would like for us to re-ship your order and ship to a different address, you will be responsible for shipping charges for reshipping to the correct address. After your order is processed and shipped out, please allow approximately 2-6 business days for delivery. Most orders ship from Rockton, IL 61072 via US Priority Mail, UPS Ground, US First Class Mail, US Media Mail (books, CDs, DVDs), or comparable shipping method. We offer FREE Shipping! When your order is processed for shipment you'll receive an e-mail notification with the shipping information. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.
