We only sell brand new products -- products we get directly from the manufacturers. We offer secure online shopping. We accept U.S. orders only and do not ship internationally (except for US military addresses.)

Note that we make every attempt to have the most recent product images on our site, but there may be occasions where the product package or product may vary slightly from what's pictured.

Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday. We are not open during holidays. Upon receipt of payment, there is a processing time of approximately 2-3 business days before most orders are shipped (even for expedited shipping requests). We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Keep in mind that normal order processing occurs within 3 business days, but it may take a little longer during certain periods. (Products shipping directly from the manufacturer may take longer for processing and shipping.) You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail when your order is prepared for shipping.

After your order is processed and shipped out, please allow approximately 2-6 business days for delivery. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for custom photo jewelry orders and Moonlight Slumber Mattresses and Serenity Star Transitional Body Pillow orders.

After your order is processed and shipped out, please allow approximately 2-6 business days for delivery (possibly longer if you are at a military base overseas or CDs, DVDs, and books that are shipped via U.S. Media Mail). Please note that Moonlight Slumber Mattresses and Serenity Star Transitional Body Pillows and orders shipped directly from the manufacturer may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

FREE standard shipping! Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, US 1st Class Mail, Media Mail (books, CDs, and DVDs) or alternative method. (Note: if you provide us with a P.O. Box shipping address or a military address, we can only send order via U.S. Mail. Military address orders can take up to approximately 7-11 days.) 

If you'd like to have your order delivered faster -- UPS Next Day Air, UPS Second Day, or UPS 3-Day Select, please call us toll-free at 877-644-4307. We would be happy to give you pricing for expedited shipping. If you receive our voice mail, please leave your name (exactly as it appeared on your order) and telephone number (including area code) and we will be happy to call you back. Please keep in mind that it may not be possible to expedite your order.

If your item is returned to us from the shipping carrier as undeliverable, you will be responsible for payment to re-ship the item to you; or, at our discretion, we will issue a refund less our original shipping costs.

We want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. We’ve carefully selected some of the best products on the market, and we’re confident that you’ll be happy with your purchase. If, however, you’ve changed your mind and would like to return an item, we’ve tried to make returning items as painless as possible.

Returns Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with a product you purchased from us, you may be able to return it for a refund. However, we do have a few common-sense restrictions…

Items that you return must be UNUSED. We will not issue a refund for items that have been used. If you return an item that is determined by us to be used, it will be returned to you at your expense. We will contact you for credit card information to cover the shipping costs to return the item back to you. (Note: If we are unable to reach you for credit card information to pay for shipping costs to ship the item back to you or you do not return our call to provide us with your credit card information to pay to reship the item back to you, the item will be considered abandoned and it will disposed of and no refund will be issued to you.)

For sanitary, health, and hygienic reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on personal-use items (i.e. breastfeeding products, pillows, beds, mattresses, undergarments, fertility monitors/predictors, pregnancy tests, personal articles of clothing, etc.) We also cannot accept returns on consumable/usable products (i.e. vitamins, creams, nutritional supplements, teas, etc.) or personalized items.

Manufacturer-related problems:  Many items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee. In the event an item malfunctions or is found to be faulty, you must contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with fixing or replacing the item. If needed, we will be more then happy to provide you with the manufacturer’s contact information.

You MUST receive pre-authorization in order to return or exchange an item. Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase If you return an item without pre-authorization, that item will be refused and/or returned to you at your expense (NOTE: We will contact you for credit card information to cover shipping costs to ship the item back to you. If we are unable to reach you for credit card information to pay for shipping costs to ship the item back to you or you do not return our call to provide us with your credit card information, the item will be considered abandoned and it will disposed of and no refund will be issued to you.)

WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. No exceptions.

Refused Returns – Upon delivery, if you do not open the shipping box and refuse your order/shipment, and it is sent back to us by the shipper without prior approval, returns processing fees will be deducted from your refund. These fees include, but may not be limited to, 15% disposal fee, plus our original shipping and handling expenses (which will vary depending on item and location) will also be deducted from your refund.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

Remember, the item must be unused. If the item has been used, we cannot accept a return…

If you’d like to return or exchange an item:

·        E-mail rma@mommysthinkin.com with the e-mail subject line “RMA Request” or “RMA Exchange Request” and include the First and Last Name EXACTLY as it appears on the BILL TO AND SHIP TO section on your receipt. (NOTE: Even if your name is misspelled on the receipt, enter your name exactly as it appears on your receipt.)

·        In the body of the e-mail, include the following:

o       The first and last name EXACTLY as it appears on the BILL TO section on your receipt

o       The first and last name and address exactly as it appears on the SHIP TO section of your receipt

o       The item(s) you’d like to return (Quantity, Color, Size, Description, etc.)

o       State a detailed reason why you’d like to return the item(s) or what size, color, etc. you’d like to exchange your item for. (NOTE: For exchanges you are responsible for submitting payment to ship the new item out to you as well as paying for the shipping costs of sending the original item back to us.)

o       E-mail address

·        Provide a daytime and evening phone number where we can reach you should we have any questions.

·        Since we don’t keep credit card information on file, if you placed your order over the phone, when you return the item you must include a note with your credit card number, expiration date, name as it appears on your credit card, CVV (last three digits in the signature block on the back of your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card or the 4-digit, non-embossed number on the front of your American Express Card), and your billing address.

Once we receive your e-mail, we will notify you whether or not the item you would like to return is returnable or exchangeable. Provided the item is returnable and unused, we will e-mail you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and provide you with the necessary instructions for sending the item(s) back to us.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number and pre-authorization. (If you attempt to return an unauthorized item and/or an item without an RMA number, that item will be refused and/or returned to you at your expense or will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.)

Please keep in mind that when you send the item back, all original tags must be attached to the item and you must return all original packaging, instructions, accessories, etc. If original manufacturer packaging is not included with your return, we will assume that the item has been used and a refund will NOT be issued and the item will be returned to you at your expense. (Note: If we are unable to reach you for credit card information to pay for shipping costs to ship the item back to you or you do not return our call to provide us with your credit card information to pay to reship the item back to you, the item will be considered abandoned and it will disposed of and no refund will be issued to you.)

You must also include a copy of your original receipt.

We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, improperly packaged, or damaged return items.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for sending the returned item(s) back to us. (If you’re sending the item back for an exchange, you’re also responsible for the shipping charges of sending the new item to you.)

When sending back returned items, we recommend that you consider insuring and sending the item(s) back via a trackable method. Make certain that the item is packaged in accordance with the shipper’s instructions. You are responsible for any and all shipping charges for returning the item(s) to us.

In most cases, you should be just fine if you reuse the original packing and shipping materials.

Items that are improperly sent to us or sent to us without an RMA number will be refused and returned back to you at your expense. (Note: If we are unable to reach you for credit card information to pay for shipping costs to ship the item back to you or you do not return our call to provide us with your credit card information to pay to reship the item back to you, the item will be considered abandoned and it will disposed of and no refund will be issued to you.)

Refunds

We sell only brand new items that we get directly from the manufacturer, and unlike some companies, we DO NOT resell returned items. Therefore, we do not charge a “restocking” fee. However, we will deduct a 15% disposal fee from your refund. Also, since we offer free shipping and pay the expense of shipping, handling, and processing your original order, we will deduct our original shipping and handling costs from your refund (that amount will vary based on the item you ordered, method of shipment, location, etc.) (We happily pay for the shipping of the items to our customers, but if the items are returned to us, we need to recoup our original shipping/handling costs.)

In order to receive your refund, we must receive the item within 14 business days from the issuance of the RMA #. If it is not returned to us within that time frame, we will refuse shipment and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Once the returned item is received by us, after inspection of the item, you’ll receive your refund less fees as stated above via your original payment method -- PayPal.com (the online credit card processing company), credit card, or refund check sent to the address given when the order was placed. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Since we don’t keep credit card information on file, if you placed your order over the phone, when you return the item you must include a note with your credit card number, expiration date, name as it appears on your credit card, CVV (last three digits in the signature block on the back of your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card or the 4-digit, non-embossed number on the front of your American Express Card) and your billing address.
