NEW YORK -- Parenthood is leading to big business for some creative moms. In Yikes, I'm a Grown-up, Early Show Contributor Lisa Birnbach met up with a few members of this new population of inventors.

Today, more and more moms are giving birth to kid-friendly business ideas. So much so that author Ellen Parlapiano has given them their own label: "Mompreneurs."

"It really is a growing trend. We estimate that there are about 10 million women working from home, and a good number of these are moms who start their businesses in an effort to have more family flexibility," says Parlapiano.

Dana Lowey is one of them. She was struggling through a routine with her kids and saying, "If only they made ... my life would be so much easier."

For her, the problem was putting so much stuff on her baby stroller that every time she would take her baby out, the stroller would collapse. Her idea? An anti-tip stick.

Lowey's StollerStand success led to her own company: ParentWise.com - a Web site designed to assist other mothers in making their pee-wee products profitable.
